Support for Individuals & Couples

Whether you’re working on personal growth or relationship challenges, we provide care tailored to your situation.

About Us

At Trauma Care Psychology, we work with individuals and couples who carry the weight of past experiences, intense emotions, or relationship struggles. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure where to turn, this is a place where we aim to make you feel seen and heard.

Founded by Dr. Arela Agako, Clinical Psychologist, our goal is to provide care that balances evidence-informed approaches with compassion and cultural understanding. Every person and couple we work with receives care that’s tailored to their unique experiences, needs, and goals.

We aim to meet you where you are. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for even the toughest, hard-to-talk-about challenges, supporting you with practical tools, guidance, and emotional support so you can feel more in control of your life and relationships.

At Trauma Care Psychology, our goal is to help you reduce the pain and ripple effects of trauma, rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and feel genuinely understood, because it is hard to navigate these challenges alone.
