Mimoza is a masters-level therapist at the Trauma Care PsychologyC. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pristina and completed a three-year Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy residency program through the Ministry of Health in Kosovo, in collaboration with the University of Basel, Switzerland. She is is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Arela Agako, C.Psych.

Mimoza’s clinical experience focuses on supporting individuals, couples and families impacted by trauma, particularly war-related trauma, PTSD, and complex mental health needs. She has worked in hospitals, social service centers, women’s networks, and private practice, providing therapy, assessment, and consultation. Her therapeutic approach integrates humanistic-existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to create safe, evidence-based paths to healing.

In addition to her direct clinical work, Mimoza has contributed to the training and supervision of psychology residents in Kosovo, reflecting her commitment to advancing trauma-informed care within the broader mental health community.
