  2. 15-Minute Intake Call
    Speak with our intake coordinator to ensure the best match with a therapist or take a look at our therapist options online and select one you believe might be a fit (you can also schedule a free 15-min consultation call with the therapist directly).

  3. Schedule Your First Session
    The first session is designed to gather information so we can come up with a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
