Founder & Clinical Director

Dr. Arela Agako, Clinical Psychologist.

Dr. Arela Agako founded Trauma Care Psychology to create a space where individuals and couples feel seen, understood, and supported. Growing up between Albania and Canada, she understands how culture, migration, identity, and life experiences shape emotional health.

She works with clients navigating complex trauma, intense emotions, relational difficulties, and other challenging mental health concerns. The clinic integrates evidence-based treatment with compassionate, culturally attuned care for people who feel stuck or misunderstood.

As founder and director, Arela oversees clinical quality, trains associates, and supports the team in delivering thoughtful, high-quality care.
