CBT, DBT, ACT, and EFT are among the most researched therapies available. We draw on these approaches thoughtfully, adapting them to your specific needs, values, and the cultural context that shapes how you experience and express distress.

Matched to your presentation

Treatment is selected based on what is driving your difficulties, not just your diagnosis. CBT is often the starting point for anxiety and depression. DBT is particularly effective when emotional dysregulation is central. ACT works well for clients who feel stuck despite insight. EFT addresses relational and emotional patterns at a deeper level.

We also recognize that culture, migration history, and identity influence how people experience and express emotional difficulty. Our clinicians bring cultural awareness and humility to every aspect of care, and we offer sessions in English, Spanish, Albanian, and Italian.

Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to identify the most effective approach for your goals, and will adapt as treatment progresses. We integrate approaches when helpful, so your care reflects your full picture.

Getting Started

Starting therapy is simple and supportive.

    Complete a 20-minute intake call so we can determine the best therapist fit and treatment direction. Alternatively, browse our clinician directory and book a free 20-minute consultation directly with a clinician you feel is a good fit.
