How I Can Help

Not sure where to start? That's what I'm here for.

You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Most people don't.

Reach out if...

  • You're not sure which therapist is the right fit for you
  • You have questions about cost, insurance, or how the practice works
  • You want to learn more before committing to anything

What I do

  • Listen carefully to what you're looking for and what matters to you
  • Match you with the clinician best suited to your needs and goals
  • Make sure your first steps into care feel clear and supported

What a call with me looks like

  • A relaxed 20-minute conversation, no pressure at all
  • I'll share who on our team might be the best fit and why
  • You decide what happens next, on your own timeline

About Me

A compassionate first point of contact.

I'm George, the Intake Coordinator at Trauma Care Psychology and a graduate of the University of Toronto's Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education program. My role is to be the first person you speak to when you reach out to us.

I bring a thoughtful and compassionate approach to those first conversations, because I know how much it can take to reach out. My goal is to make that experience feel welcoming, clear, and free of pressure. By the end of our call, you will know exactly what your next step looks like, if you choose to take it.

I'm deeply committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care, especially for people from underrepresented and marginalized communities. If you're not sure where to start, start with me.
